Day 1 : Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Gorges
The first day of our Morocco 3 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, will start at 8:30 a.m from your accommodation in Marrakech we will drive through the High Atlas Mountains, stopping along the way to take in the stunning scenery and visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, an ancient fortified city. From here, drive on to Ouarzazate, known as the “gateway to the desert,” where you will visit the Atlas Film Studios, where many famous movies have been filmed.
After lunch, continue the journey through the Valley of the Roses, famous for its rose products, and onto the Dades Gorges, where you will spend the night at a traditional Kasbah.

Day 2 : Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges - Merzouga
The second day of our Morocco 3 day tour from Marrakech to Merzouga Desert is a special day. We will start from your accommodation in Boumalne Dades, which your driver will pick you up from your hotel. Furthermore, you will drive through the scenic Dades Gorges, stopping to take photos and soak up the incredible views. Continue to the Todra Gorges, where you can walk along the river and marvel at the towering cliffs. After lunch, drive on to Merzouga, passing through Erfoud, famous for its fossil beds, and arriving in time for a sunset camel ride through the dunes of the Sahara. After the sun goes down, your camel ride continues to the camp, where you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea, a delicious dinner, listen to the Berber drumming music, watch a sky full of bright stars, and then spend a night at the desert camp.

Day 3 : Merzouga to Marrakech
After breakfast at our luxury desert camp, we will take camel trekking back to the village and drive back to Marrakech, stopping along the way to visit the Draa Valley and the ancient Kasbah of Taourirt in Ouarzazate. Arrive back in Marrakech in the evening, where our 3 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga will end.

A Great Visit to the Sahara!
This trip was a lot of fun. The highlights included touring Todgha Valley with our happy local guide Hassan, and of course riding the camels in the desert.
